Miland is a real estate brokerage based in Business Bay, Dubai, operating in accordance with the requirements of the Dubai Land Department and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). We facilitate the marketing, viewing, sale and leasing of properties on behalf of our clients.

We act as a broker and facilitator. We are not a party to any sale or lease agreement between a buyer/tenant and a seller/landlord unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Property listings — including prices, availability, dimensions, images and descriptions — are provided for general information and are believed to be accurate at the time of publishing. They are indicative only and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance.

Details may change without notice, and properties may be withdrawn or sold. You should verify all material information with your Miland agent before making any decision or commitment.

This website does not process any online payments, deposits or transactions. It is used solely to showcase properties and to capture enquiries, viewing requests, offers and applications.

All transactions are completed offline through our agents and the appropriate legal and regulatory channels. Never send payment or card details through this website.

When you submit a viewing request, offer or application, you are asking us to contact you and, where relevant, to convey your interest to the property owner or their representative. Submitting a request does not create a binding agreement, reserve a property, or guarantee that a viewing, offer or application will be accepted.

Any resulting transaction is subject to separate written agreements and to the owner’s acceptance.

You agree to use the site lawfully and to provide accurate, current and complete information when submitting enquiries or forms. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and layout — is the property of Miland or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the site without our prior written permission.
